FOR CUSTOMERS

1.  Where are my Tickets?

Events either send your Tickets with your Order receipt for you to print and take with you or they request yuo pcik them up at the Box Office.

Please check your order receipt to find out which option relates to your order.

2. Where is my order receipt?

When you place an order ShowTixNOW sends you an order receipt.  If you did not get it then please check your spam folder.  If you cannot locate the receipt then log into your ShowTixNow account and locate the order.  You can then print your receipt.

3. What id I don't have a printer?

If you do not have a printer, then the Venue will be able to print your tickets for you.  Please contact the Venue directly and ask them what documentation they will need from you to claim your Tickets.

4. Where can I find the Venue contact details?

The venue reservation contact details can be found on your receipt. They are also available when you click on that Venue on the site. 

5. What is I need to cancel my Tickets?

Please contact the Venue to change or cancel your Tickets.

6. Where is my refund?

If the Venue has issued a refund then it can take time for the refund to be processed. If the refund has not been credited to your account within 3 days please contact the Venue.

FOR SELLERS

1. How to do I change an order?

You will need to first cancel the current order which will release the Tickets for sale.  You can then place another order for the Customer. If the new order is less than the old order you will need to do a partial release of the PayPal payment. If the new order is more than the old order you will need to send the Customer a Money Request for the balance. 

2. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order by setting its status to Cancelled.  The Tickets will then be released for sale.  You can then issue a refund via PayPal.
